As the founder of EEO Navigators, LLC, Meredith Neubauer, Esq., is a licensed attorney and Federal employee, with over fourteen years of Federal EEO experience. 

Meredith began her career as a contractor in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights (OEOCR) at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, in Baltimore, Maryland.  After gaining experience and obtaining her certifications, Meredith was hired as a full-time EEO Specialist in OEOCR/CMS. Meredith worked at CMS for four years before transitioning to the U.S. Department of Labor to expand her skill set in EEO. 

At Department of Labor, Meredith worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Office, specializing in Anti-Harassment inquiries, evaluating complaints for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) success, reasonable accommodation, and ensuring EEO settlement compliance. 

Meredith now works for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a Senior Civil Rights Specialist, specializing in all aspects of the EEO complaint process, database maintenance, compliance, and Contractor Officer Representative matters. 

In her free time, Meredith loves participating in dog sports with her two boys, Onaga and Havik, reading, being outdoors, and being with friends.
