We provide consulting expertise to Federal employees. The Federal EEO complaint process is very specialized, and differs from the private sector due to the administrative process.

How do you customize your consulting approach?

Our approach begins with understanding what agency you work for, the facts of your complaint, the status of your complaint, as well as your knowledge of the EEO complaint process. From there, we will work with you to understand what you seek (re: resolution) and what your options are.

What is the typical duration of a consulting engagement?

Ideally, the initial and most comprehensive consultation will last between 1 -1.5 hours. This should be enough time to provide an overview on the EEO complaint process, discuss the facts of your complaint, and provide you with options for the future.

What are your pricing models?

Initial consultation (up to 1.5 hours) costs $175. Subsequent consultations cost $75 for 30 minutes. The price for document review varies, and is dependent on the length of the documents. Please email us for additional information.
